About the role

The Accounting Coordinator provides operational and administrative support for revenue operations processes by performing quality control reviews, supporting billing activities, and assisting with reporting and audit requests.

Responsibilities

• Support 1.1 new business and renewal season by performing various quality control checks.
• Support Billing staff by performing upfront quality control checks.
• Support surcharge and assessments team with claims entry as needed.
• Support discretionary credit and allowances processes.
• DG/Accpac exports.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Cross training in partner functional areas as needed.

Requirements

• Quality assurance experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates of Applied Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Salesforce.
• 1+ year working in Healthcare industry.

Schedule

• Full time
• 40 hours per week

Pay

The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.46 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
