Accounting Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, record, and reconcile daily invoicing activity, cash receipts, credit card transactions, and check payments
- Process and apply customer payments, debits, and credits
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies and account issues
- Submit and track intercompany billing transactions
- Aid with monthly sales tax filings and compliance reporting
- Process and reconcile purchasing card transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze financial data and evaluate business results
- Support additional accounting department initiatives and projects as needed

Required Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or two years of accounting experience
- Experience supporting Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or general accounting functions
- Five or more years of accounting, finance, or business administration experience
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience working within an ERP system
About the Role
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Portland, TN. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
