About the Role
The Accounting (Controller) Analyst supports global entities with the Oracle EPM monthly close cycle and the overall corporate financial consolidation. This role completes deliverables to meet close calendar deadlines and requires onsite presence in our Warsaw, IN office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week.
Responsibilities
- Supports global entities with the Oracle EPM monthly close, including trial balance loads, topside entries, and dataform inputs.
- Prepares journal entries and reconciliations to support the corporate financial consolidation.
- Monitors movements in certain account categories to support the corporate consolidation.
- Prepares and distributes global communications and trainings regarding the monthly close and Oracle EPM.
- Supports the team on all tasks to meet close calendar deadlines.
- Completes ad-hoc projects and reports as required.
- Supports M&A integrations into our monthly close processes.
- Contributes to team innovation and continuous improvement projects.
- Performs other financial duties and projects as assigned.

- Understands US GAAP and technical accounting concepts.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field (required).
- 3+ years of experience in an analyst or accounting role (desired).
Travel Expectations
Up to 10%.
Pay
Expected compensation range: $65,000 to $80,000, plus bonus.
Schedule
Hybrid role requiring commute to our Warsaw, Indiana HQ campus, with onsite presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of each week.
