Accounting Consultant

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with an engineering/construction company in the Milford, NH area to fill a Senior Accounting Consultant role. This onsite position reports to the Controller and supports a growing, multi-state organization.

Responsibilities

• Bank reconciliations, general-ledger account reconciliations, and reconciliations of vendor and customer accounts
• Assist with preparation of financial statements, accruals, journal entries, and project accounting (including some cost accounting)
• Assist with month-end close, quarter-end close, year-end close, budgets, and revenue accounting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• More than three years of experience in a medium to large organization
• Advanced Excel skills and solid systems skills

Pay

$35–$50 per hour
