Job Duties
- Reconcile credit/debit card transactions, bank statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Create and maintain financial reports.
- Process payments.
- Performs general administrative tasks for the finance and billing departments.
- Aid with financial audits.
- Perform other assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
- An associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or related administrative experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highest level of organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
About the Role
The Accounting Clerk will assist our finance department with various clerical and financial tasks.
