ACCOUNTING CLERK - INVENTORY
Responsibilities
- Post receipt of material into accounting system.
- Record consumption of material used at various ready-mix locations.
- Reconcile receipts and consumption with quantity on hand at month end.
- Communicate with operations regarding receipt of material and other related issues.
- Communicate with vendors regarding pricing and receipt issues.
- Provide assistance and analysis on special projects as needed.
- Always work safely and take action to prevent all unsafe actions, processes, and behaviors.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent with one to two years of experience in accounting/office administration/data entry.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs including Excel.
- Must be able to work in a confidential environment, meet deadlines, prioritize work and be flexible to changing work priorities.
- Ability to work well with others including vendors and company team members in a positive, professional manner.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervisory oversight while accomplishing targeted objectives.
Qualifications
- Pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.
- Flexible scheduling options available but must be able to work overtime if necessary.

Pay
Compensation is competitive and is dependent upon experience.

This is an in person full-time position in Central Point, OR.
