Job Summary
To provide support of the ongoing daily operations and improvement to the MMC Pharmacy, including:
- Policy and Procedure Development
- Education
- Self-Audits
- Program Enhancement/Optimization
- Reporting
- Purchasing/Inventory
- Split-Billing Duties
- Pharmacy Revenue Cycle Maintenance
- and other responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum Work Experience: Hospital pharmacy, medical billing, and/or compliance/auditing experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Active license as a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Texas preferred
Required Skills, Knowledge, And Abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel
- Ability to balance multiple projects and competing demands on available time
- Self-motivated to perform independently; comfortable working as a member of small and large teams
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and decorum at all times
