Job Duties
- Reconciles all transactions.
- Processes all invoices received.
- Verifies invoice quantity and amount.
- Resolves all discrepancies related to vendor invoices, credits, and statements.
- Initiates quality improvements.
- Supports special projects.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processing.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule.
Physical and Environmental Demands
- Moderate physical demands.
- Medium work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
- No exposure to blood, body fluid or tissue.
- No occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste.
