Accounting Clerk - Hybrid

Job Duties

  • Reconciles all transactions.
  • Processes all invoices received.
  • Verifies invoice quantity and amount.
  • Resolves all discrepancies related to vendor invoices, credits, and statements.
  • Initiates quality improvements.
  • Supports special projects.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to present information clearly and professionally.
    • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processing.
    • Ability to work a flexible work schedule.

      Physical and Environmental Demands

      • Moderate physical demands.
      • Medium work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
      • No exposure to blood, body fluid or tissue.
      • No occupational risk for exposure to hazardous medications or hazardous waste.
