What You’ll Do
- Process new and used vehicle registrations
- Prepare tax and title documents accurately
- Submit legal transfer paperwork to the DMV in a timely manner
- Verify all funds are collected before processing titles
- Ensure lienholders are properly paid off
- Maintain compliance with all state and dealership requirements
- Prepare monthly reports on outstanding title work
- Reconcile title schedules and related accounting entries
- Maintain organized and accurate records
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of automotive title processing and/or billing experience
- Strong understanding of DMV procedures and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
Compensation & Benefits
- $24.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
