Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities

• Collections, payment processing and application for Accounts Receivable
• Supplier billing and credit tracking for Accounts Payable
• Monthly reporting of financials in QuickBooks
• Bank reconciliation
• Misreporting on loss prevention procedures
• Other miscellaneous reporting to management

Requirements

• Beginner/basic QuickBooks user
• Intermediate Excel user
• 3 to 5 years plus experience in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), QuickBooks, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, Bank Reconciliation, and General Accounting
