Responsibilities
- Posts and runs the accounts payable checks
- Updates and maintains payroll records
- Processes a high volume of invoices
- Processes AP documents
- Reviews invoices for completeness (verifying vendor name, address, and vendor status to determine accuracy of currency/taxes)
- Validates scanned images for accuracy and/or missing information
Requirements
- High-volume, full-cycle Accounts Payable experience (required)
- Comfortable processing 1,200-1,500 invoices/month
- Experience with Purchase Orders (85% of invoices involve PO)
- Team player willing to jump in where needed
- NetSuite a plus
Qualifications
