About the role
Responsible for handling daily accounting tasks including but not limited to processing invoices, maintaining financial records, and reconciling accounts.
Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile monthly bank statements and account balances.
- Prepare and submit expense reports in accordance with company policies.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure accuracy in recording transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
- Experience with payroll processing.

Pay
