About the Job
Our client is a premier, globally integrated manufacturing enterprise serving as a Tier-1 supplier to the automotive sector. As a prominent U.S. subsidiary of an established South Korean parent corporation, the company operates high-volume production facilities driving regional economic growth. We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Associate to support the day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial operations. This is a remote position supporting our U.S. operations.

Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable & Receivable Support: Assist with the processing and verification of accounts payable invoices within QuickBooks and support the team in monitoring outstanding balances and utility invoicing.
- Financial Reporting Support: Support the team during month-end and year-end close processes; assist in the preparation of financial data and reports for translation and delivery to the Korean headquarters.
- Cash Management Support: Help reconcile intercompany receivables and payables and provide administrative assistance in maintaining daily cash position logs.
- Compliance Support: Assist with the preparation of federal and state tax reporting and provide documentation support for annual audits and corporate tax filings.
- Payroll & Disbursement Support: Provide administrative support for employee payroll cycles and assist with the distribution of annual compliance documents like W-2s and 1099s.
Requirements
- Education & Domain Literacy: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a heavily quantitative field with a deep mastery of US GAAP parameters.
- Professional Experience: 0-1 years of accounting or internship experience is preferred. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Language Fluency: Professional-level verbal and written proficiency in both Korean and English is strictly required to facilitate executive reporting to overseas headquarters.
- Software & Systems Mastery: Familiarity with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and data organization).
- Team Orientation: Eagerness to learn, strong attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team-supported environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing multi-party intercompany reporting pipelines back to a Korean corporate parent entity.
- Industry experience rooted within a fast-paced manufacturing or automotive supplier environment.
