Key Responsibilities
- Auxiliary with floor plan submissions and record payments.
- Record and reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Support customer invoicing as required.
- Process invoices, verify vendor documentation, and manage internal PO requests.
- Collaborate with accounting management on budgeting, tax, and regulatory compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements, general ledger entries, corporate credit card accounts, and other general ledger accounts.
- Assist with updating shipping status and receiving serialized inventory.
- Handle international freight invoices and tariffs for landed cost.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, costs, and variances, offering strategic insights.
- Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy of records.
- Perform additional responsibilities to support company objectives.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles within a corporate setting.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, particularly SAP Business One.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and other accounting software.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information.
- An analytical mindset capable of providing strategic financial insights.
