Accounting and CFO Advisory Services Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Support external clients with several activities (including but not limited to): Closing books, monthly or quarterly US GAAP financial reporting
• Implementation of new accounting & reporting standards, international accounting and preparation of consolidated financial statements
• Payroll processing
• Revenue recognition
• Equity accounting
• Financial systems oversight, process improvement and oversight of internal controls
• Staff training and development
• Annual compliance including 1099s, sales and use tax, property tax, and Delaware tax filings. State registrations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license are preferred, or detailed progress toward the CPA license (or equivalent)
• 2-4 years of relevant experience with monthly closings, financial reporting and general ledger experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, communication and professionalism
• Ability to develop proficiency with a variety of technology and software applications
• Experience with AI and demonstration of integrating AI into your daily workflow is a plus
• Self-starter, who enjoys multi-tasking, learning, and working in a dynamic and supportive environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft office software - working experience with Outlook and Excel

Pay

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000. This pay range reflects the San Francisco Bay Area. Compensation will be adjusted for each candidate based on their geographic location and experience.
