We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD". Also never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to extract substantive content: Position Overview, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. Let's parse the posting: - Position Overview: At PNC... In addition, PNC generally provides the following paid time off, depending on your eligibility: maternity and/or parental leave; up to 11 paid holidays each year; 9 occasional absence days each year, unless otherwise required by law; between 15 to 25 vacation days each year, depending on career level; and years of service. To learn more about these and other programs, including benefits for full time and part-time employees, visit pncthrive.com. - Disability Accommodations Statement, EEO, etc. Those are boilerplate; we should remove. - Application Window: Generally, this opening is expected to be posted for two business days from 09/29/2026, although it may be longer with business discretion. That's application instruction? It's about posting duration; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive about role. The instruction says remove application instructions. So drop. - Also "PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position." That's a requirement? Might be considered a note; but it's not a core duty/qualification. Could be considered a note but maybe we can keep as part of responsibilities? It's more about eligibility. Might be considered boilerplate? Not exactly EEO. It's a specific condition. Could be included under Requirements? But it's not a skill. Might be okay to keep as a short paragraph under Requirements or Qualifications. However the instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This is not exactly those categories. It's a visa sponsorship note. Might be considered a requirement. I'd keep it as a short note under Requirements. - Also "PNC is an in-office company that fosters a supportive culture where employees can thrive and achieve balance." That's part of overview. - "We encourage candidates to connect with their recruiter and hiring manager to understand workplace expectations and ensure the role aligns with their goals." That's maybe application instruction? It's encouraging contact; could be considered boilerplate. Might drop. - "PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position." Keep. Now we need to decide sections. We have: - About the role (position overview) - could be "About the role" heading. - Responsibilities (duties) - from Job Description bullet list. - Requirements/Qualifications - combine qualifications, education, experience, certifications, visa note. - Skills - maybe separate Skills section for preferred skills and competencies? But we could combine into Qualifications. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Schedule: we have "This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday." That's schedule info. So we can create Schedule section. Pay: we have base salary range. Benefits: we have benefits description. Now we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present. We need to use

    for section headings. Use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

      for prose. Thus:

      About the role

      ...

      Responsibilities

      • ...
      • ...

      Qualifications

... maybe combine education, experience, certifications, visa note. Could also use

for list of preferred skills and competencies? But those are skills; maybe we can put them under Qualifications as lists. Better: Qualifications section could have

for prose (education, experience) and then

for preferred skills and competencies. But we must not repeat headings unnecessarily. Let's think. We have: - Education: Bachelors - Work Experience: Education: Bachelor's degree.

Work experience: Typically requires less than 1 year of professional experience or completion of a formal development program; equivalent combination of education, certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.

          Certifications/Licenses: None required.

          Language assessments: None required.

Note: PNC does not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

          Then maybe a
for Preferred Skills and Competencies? Could be two lists: Preferred Skills and Competencies. But we could also just include them as prose sentences. Better to use
for list of duties/requirements/benefits. For skills, it's a list, so we can use
                . Thus:

                Qualifications

                Education: Bachelor's degree.

                Preferred Skills

??? But we cannot use h4; only h3 for section headings. We could embed as Preferred Skills: then
                  . But instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but we should follow that pattern. Could we add a Skills section separate? That would be another thin section. But we could combine skills into Qualifications as a list without extra heading. Thus we can do:

                  Qualifications

                  Education: Bachelor's degree.

                  Preferred Skills:

                  • Balance Sheets
                  • Decision Making
                  • Finance
                  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
                  • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
                  • Management Reporting
                  • Tax Analysis

                  Competencies:

                  • Accounting
                  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail
                  • Effective Communications
                  • Financial Analysis
