Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing and expense tracking in Stampli
• Credit card transactions and receipt uploads in Stampli
• Reconciliations and transaction management in Stampli
• Supporting payroll preparation and onboarding paperwork
• Collecting and reviewing onboarding paperwork for models, production staff, and other studio hires
• Assisting with payroll preparation by verifying timecards and preparing data for processing
• Maintaining employee personnel files and payroll records
• Responding to basic HR and payroll questions, escalating as needed
• Ad-hoc support for HR/payroll projects or initiatives
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Using historical data to predict future financial trends, assisting in budgeting, and providing financial projections to support strategic planning
• Processing and coding vendor invoices in Stampli and routing for approval
• Managing Stampli credit card transactions, including coding, receipt uploads, and reconciliations
• Auxiliary support for Accounts Payable functions, including data entry and filing
• Supporting month-end close activities with reconciliations and reporting
• Tracking expenses and credit card usage to ensure proper coding and documentation
• Maintaining accurate vendor files and supporting audits as needed
• Ad-hoc support for accounting and finance projects or initiatives
• Performing ad-hoc financial analysis to support brand FP&A projects

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or HR support; strong accounting background preferred
• Familiarity with A/P processes, invoice coding, reconciliations, and credit card transaction management required
• Experience with Stampli (preferred) or other invoice/expense management systems a plus
• Basic understanding of payroll administration (Paylocity preferred)
• Prior HR exposure helpful; experience verifying i9 documents
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; accounting software experience preferred
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
