Accounting Advisory Services Director

About the role

This position is for a Director in Accounting Advisory Services within the Deal Advisory practice, focusing on managing large-scale accounting projects and providing expert support to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting advisory engagements
• Assist with SEC filings for various transactions
• Support conversions to US GAAP or IFRS
• Provide transaction-related accounting guidance for M&A, divestitures, and financial restructurings
• Collaborate with valuation teams on valuation event reporting
• Build long-term client relationships

Qualifications

• At least eight years of relevant experience in financial audit or corporate accounting
• Bachelor's degree
• CPA or equivalent license
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, bankruptcies, and business combinations
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and develop client relationships

Requirements

• Ability to travel and work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills essential for client engagement and team management
