We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the job description. Key sections: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing role: "As a Senior Associate, you’ll lead teams that consult with Grant Thornton accounting advisory clients on complex accounting transactions... You’ll work collaboratively... From day one, you’ll be empowered..." etc. Also includes "Your day-to-day may include:" list. - Responsibilities: The bullet list after "Your day-to-day may include:" includes items: Listening and communicating..., Planning, executing..., Supporting SEC..., Identifying market trends..., Training and supervising..., Working at a client site..., Representing..., Building your technical..., Other duties as assigned. - Requirements: maybe "You have the following technical skills, qualifications and abilities:" then list: Bachelor’s degree..., Minimum two years’ experience..., Analytical and technical skills..., Value teamwork..., Skilled at leading..., Can travel..., Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Qualifications: Might be overlapping with requirements. The instruction says use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what content goes where. Usually "Requirements" could be experience and education; "Qualifications" could be degrees etc; "Skills" could be technical/soft skills. But we must not create sections with filler. We need to map content. We have: Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines; a master’s degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum two years’ experience providing financial statement audits, accounting advisory, or a similar transaction advisory consulting service. Technical skills: Analytical and technical skills including proficiency in US GAAP, SEC reporting rules and standards; accounting, transaction or mergers and acquisition services. Soft skills: Value teamwork, are agile and know the power of building strong relationships; Skilled at leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues; Can travel on short notice (Travel expectation: 30%); Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Thus we could have: - Requirements: Education + Experience (maybe combined) - Qualifications: maybe not needed separate if same as Requirements. But we could put Education under Qualifications, Experience under Requirements. However we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine Education and Experience under "Requirements". Then "Skills" for technical and soft skills. "Qualifications" maybe not needed. But we must include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes "Benefits:" section with description and link. Also includes Pay: "The base salary range for this position is between $110,400 and $132,191." Also includes Schedule: maybe hybrid work model: "Consistent with the firm's hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least three days per week, either at a GT office or client site." Also mentions flexible schedule etc. So we have schedule info. Thus we will have sections: - About the role (intro paragraph) - Responsibilities (list) - Requirements (education + experience) - Skills (technical and soft skills) - Benefits (description and link) - Pay (salary range) - Schedule (hybrid work model details) We must not include sections like Qualifications if we don't have distinct content; but we could still include Qualifications if we have content like "Bachelor’s degree..." but that's already in Requirements. To avoid duplication, maybe we put Education under Qualifications and Experience under Requirements. But then we have two sections each with content. That's okay. Let's decide: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, finance, mathematics, or related disciplines; a master’s degree is a plus. Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience providing financial statement audits, accounting advisory, or a similar transaction advisory consulting service. Skills: Analytical and technical skills including proficiency in US GAAP, SEC reporting rules and standards; accounting, transaction or mergers and acquisition services; Value teamwork, are agile and know the power of building strong relationships; Skilled at leading, influencing, and motivating colleagues; Can travel on short notice (Travel expectation: 30%); Excellent verbal and written communication skills. That seems reasonable. Now we need to strip boilerplate: remove "About Us", "About The Team", "Here’s what you can expect next:", "Benefits:" repeated, etc. But we need to keep substantive benefits info: The benefits description: "We understand that your needs, responsibilities and experiences are different, and we think that’s a good thing. That’s why we support you with personalized and comprehensive benefits that recognize and empower all the identities, roles and aspirations that make you, well, you. For an overview of our benefit offerings, please visit: https://www.grantthornton.com/careers/rewards-and-benefits". Also there is extra benefits for interns/seasonal employees but not relevant to this role (senior associate). We should keep only the generic benefits description. The extra bullet about interns/seasonal employees is not relevant to this role; but it's still substantive info about benefits? It mentions benefits for internship positions and seasonal employee positions. Since the role is Senior Associate (not intern/seasonal), we could omit those as not relevant. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. But we can omit info that is not relevant to the position? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but also says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The benefits for interns/seasonal employees is not boilerplate; it's substantive but maybe not relevant to this specific role. However it's still part of the posting. Should we keep it? It might be considered duplicated or not specific to the role. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It doesn't say to exclude irrelevant details. But we should preserve all substantive information. However the benefits for interns/seasonal employees is still substantive but maybe not needed for this role. But we could include them under Benefits as extra bullet points. That would be more thorough. However the benefits section already has a generic description; adding intern/seasonal specifics may be okay. But we need to avoid creating thin sections. Adding a bullet list under Benefits for interns/seasonal employees may be okay. But we also have "Additional Details:" which includes EEO policy, accommodation request, etc. That's boilerplate/legal; we should remove. Also "About Us", "About The Team" sections are boilerplate? They contain some substantive info about the firm, but maybe we should keep? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "About Us" and "About The Team" are not explicitly listed as boilerplate, but they are generic marketing. Might be considered boilerplate? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but also says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. The "About Us" and "About The Team" are substantive but maybe not needed for the job description. However they are part of the posting. The instruction didn't explicitly say to remove them. But typical job description reformatting often omits "About Us" as it's not directly about the role. However the instruction says "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." It doesn't say to drop "About Us". But we need to decide. Given the instruction to prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones, we could combine "About Us" and "About The Team" into a short paragraph under maybe "About the role" or drop them. However "About the role" already covers role description. The "About Us" is about the firm; could be considered extra but not required. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; but also says remove duplicated lines. The "About Us" and "About The Team" are not duplicated elsewhere. So we might need to include them. However we could incorporate them into a short paragraph under "About the role" or as a separate section "About the firm". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "About the firm". So we cannot add a new heading. So we must either fold that info into existing allowed headings or drop it. The instruction says "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." "About Us" might be considered minor metadata? It's not metadata like Job ID; it's more about the firm. But we could fold it into "About the role" as a brief paragraph. That would preserve the info. Thus we will include the substantive info from About Us and About The Team into the About the role section, maybe as a paragraph after the initial role description. Now we need to remove duplicated lines: there is duplicate "Benefits:" paragraph repeated later. We'll keep one. Also remove "Here’s what you can expect next:" and application instructions. Now we need to output HTML fragment only. Structure:
