Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
• Experience: 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within manufacturing, chemicals, or petrochemical industries. Experience with plant operations, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning is highly desirable. Big 4 public accounting experience combined with industry experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office; solid understanding of IFRS and SOX; strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to work effectively across functions and global teams; comfortable in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
