Responsibilities

• Verifying and processing transactions, such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintaining accurate records of financial activities and preparing financial statements
• Communicating with customers, vendors, and dealerships
• Assisting with daily, monthly, and yearly accounting projects
• Reviewing and reconciling financial information
• Managing payment schedules and invoices
• Assisting with year-end audit requests
• Executing accurate reporting, filing, and database management in multiple systems
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Three to five years of related experience
• Data entry skills to record transactions quickly without errors
• Proficiency in accounting software programs and Microsoft Office
• Strong arithmetic skills to double-check calculations
• Analytical skills to locate and correct errors
• Organizational skills to keep information from various accounts separate
• Multitasking ability to work on multiple tasks throughout the day
• Time management skills to ensure tasks are completed on time
