About the role
We’re looking for an established accountant/bookkeeper with extensive Real Estate experience to join our growing team. While this role focuses on real estate, you’ll also work with clients across a wide range of industries. This position is part of a new group within Weston Tax Associates, expanding our suite of services.
We operate through guidelines rather than strict policies, expecting you to act as a business owner within the business. Attention to detail and daily routines drive your decision-making, and you thrive in a fast-paced, precision-based environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide tailored tax-planning services to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), with a focus on real estate clients.
- Work with clients across various industries, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all accounting tasks.
- Operate with autonomy, making decisions as a business owner within the company’s framework.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as an accountant or bookkeeper.
- Extensive experience in Real Estate accounting (primary focus of this role).
- Comfort with daily routines, precision, and detail-oriented decision-making.
- Must live and have appropriate documentation to work in the U.S.
