Accountant - Part-Time, Remote
About the role
IBTS is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. This is a part-time remote opportunity offering an exciting chance to contribute to meaningful financial operations and grow within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support the preparation process for annual financial audits.
- Contribute to monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting.
- Support the tracking and accounting of payroll.
- Support the tracking and accounting of Accounts Payable.
- Assist in bank reporting.
- Work within Deltek Costpoint to execute accounting functions effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Deltek Costpoint.
- Knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Microsoft Excel skills; familiarity with other Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Pay
$35.00–$40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
