About the role

This position involves revenue analysis, including analyzing contracts for deferred revenue treatment, and financial reporting for Eagle entities. The Accountant IV interfaces with business teams on potential client contract structures and serves as a key participant in a billing migration project. General legal entity controllership activities are also part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Analyze contracts for deferred revenue treatment
• Analyze P&L and balance sheet for Eagle entities
• Interface with business teams on potential client contract structures
• Participate in billing migration project
• Perform general legal entity controllership activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in accounting or finance; or equivalent work experience
• 5-10+ years of experience in accounting
• Accounting major or CPA preferred
• Background in mid-to-large sized companies
• Strong communication skills
• Automation and process improvement skillset
• Advanced ability to analyze large datasets using technology tools
• Financial services background
• Accounting experience with internally developed software
• Prior billing experience

Skills

• Advanced Excel & Microsoft Word
• PowerBI, PowerQuery, AI tools (e.g., Copilot)
• Sage50 (general ledger tool)
• Oracle General Ledger (preferred)
