Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities, including real estate and investment-related activities.
• Focus on transaction processing, accounts payable, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Understand financial statements and support reporting as responsibilities expand over time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 3–6+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multi-entity environments.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or similar systems.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $71,760.00 to $99,590.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of hire, considering factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
