Responsibilities
- Oversee project budgets and ensure timely completion of projects within allocated resources.
- Manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
- Collaborate with clients and vendors to ensure project success and maintain positive relationships.
- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in project management.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of project managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
