About the role
KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in the Portsmouth, NH area seeking a Staff Accountant for a permanent, hybrid position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare journal entries, analyze general ledger accounts and accruals, and maintain supporting documentation
- Assist with monthly financial reporting, month-end and year-end close, and annual audit preparation
- Support fixed asset tracking, account reconciliations, internal controls, and additional financial analysis projects
Requirements
- 2+ years of general ledger accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Pay
$70,000 to $85,000 base salary plus a 10% bonus, depending on experience.

Hybrid schedule.
