for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to parse the job posting. The Accountant II prepares reports and financial documents, performs revenue and expense analysis, reconciles data to the general ledger, and performs other related duties as assigned. All work must be accomplished following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles." That's a summary; could be "About the role". So we can put that under

. The instruction says we have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide where to put education/experience. Likely Qualifications. Requirements could be other mandatory items like certifications? There's "Certifications Other Requirements". That could go under Requirements. Skills: list of skills like proficiency with MS Office, analytical skills, interpersonal, etc. Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none given, so we omit those sections. We also have "Certifications Other Requirements" which includes: Effective interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills. Ability to be assertive and firm while maintaining good working relationships with colleagues. Should enjoy taking on challenges and fixing problems. May perform other duties as assigned. All employees, pursuant to their job duties, should demonstrate the behaviors of Professional Empowerment and comply with all EPB policies, standards, and guidelines. EPB provides electric and communications services, which are considered critical infrastructure by the Department of Homeland Security. This EPB job is essential to support this critical infrastructure and may be required to work onsite or in the field to maintain these services. That seems like additional requirements, maybe under Requirements. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. There's no explicit EEO etc. The part about EPB providing services is substantive? It's describing the company and critical infrastructure; might be considered relevant but not a requirement. It's still substantive info about the job context. We can keep it maybe under About the role or a separate section? There's no section for Company Overview. Could incorporate into About the role. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

We omitted Benefits, Pay, Schedule as not present. Check for duplication: Some skills repeated in Requirements (interpersonal skills etc). Might be okay but we could deduplicate. However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is okay if it's in original. But we might want to avoid duplicate lines if they appear multiple times. The original had "Effective interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills." appears both in Skills list and Certifications Other Requirements. It's duplicated. We could keep both but maybe better to keep once? The instruction says remove duplicated lines. So we should remove duplicated lines. Let's identify duplicates. Original text includes: - "Effective interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills." appears in Skills list (as separate bullet? Actually in Skills: "Effective interpersonal skills; effective oral and written communication skills.") and also in Certifications Other Requirements: "Effective interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills." Thus duplicate. We should keep only one instance. Also "May perform other duties as assigned." appears in Duties Responsibilities? Actually in Duties: "performs other related duties as assigned." and also in Certifications Other Requirements: "May perform other duties as assigned." Slightly different but similar. Might be considered duplicate? Not exact. We'll keep both as they are slightly different. Also "Should enjoy taking on challenges and fixing problems." appears only in Certifications Other Requirements. Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any substantive info. Let's extract all substantive sentences: Job Summary: - The Accountant II performs professional level financial accounting and reporting activities. - The Accountant II prepares reports and financial documents, performs revenue and expense analysis, reconciles data to the general ledger, and performs other related duties as assigned. - All work must be accomplished following Generally Accepted Accounting Principles. Duties Responsibilities (list): - Assist in developing the annual budget and research variances to budget throughout the year. - Develop into an expert in the company's assigned accounting/operational area within three years; Expected to act as a knowledge source within the accounting department and external departments. - Review and analyze financial transactions to ensure their correct posting to the general ledger. - Research, verify, and enter adjusting entries to the general ledger to correct erroneous postings. - Review and analyze the workflow of financial data to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and appropriateness of accounting records, including comparisons to budget. - Prepare monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, and supporting analysis. - Consult, research, and advise other departments relative to accounting activities. - Develop new procedures/workflows to improve accounting processes' efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness. - Assist the Accounting Assistants and Accountant I's in evaluating the reasonableness of data, spotting errors, recognizing erroneous relationships, and identifying potential problem areas. Education Experience: - Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with successful completion of a minimum of 24 semester hours of accounting courses. - 3-5 years of related work experience with extensive capital project experience. - Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications; strong qualitative, quantitative, and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to excel in a team environment; effective interpersonal skills; and effective oral and written communication skills. - Demonstrated skills to deal effectively with customers and employees and to understand detailed processes and procedures. - Demonstrated ability to collect, process, analyze and organize large quantities of detailed information into logical, concise reports and/or presentations. - Demonstrated ability to obtain proficiency in the use of computerized software and office equipment. - Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated experience in processing data with high speed and accuracy. - Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment, decisiveness, and creativity in situations involving various duties, often characterized by frequent changes. Certifications Other Requirements: - Effective interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills. - Ability to be assertive and firm while maintaining good working relationships with colleagues. - Should enjoy taking on challenges and fixing problems. - May perform other duties as assigned. - All employees, pursuant to their job duties, should demonstrate the behaviors of Professional Empowerment and comply with all EPB policies, standards, and guidelines. - EPB provides electric and communications services, which are considered critical infrastructure by the Department of Homeland Security. - This EPB job is essential to support this critical infrastructure and may be required to work onsite or in the field to maintain these services. Now we need to map to sections. About the role: Could include Job Summary + EPB description (critical infrastructure). Might also include the first sentence about performing professional level etc. We'll include the summary and EPB description. Responsibilities: list of duties. Qualifications: Education + Experience (degree, years, capital project). Could also include intermediate proficiency with MS Office etc? That is more skill. We'll put education/experience in Qualifications. Skills: all skill bullets (including MS Office, analytical, team, interpersonal, communication, dealing with customers, data processing, software proficiency, deadlines, speed/accuracy, judgment, etc). Ensure we don't duplicate interpersonal/communication. Requirements: the remaining items: assertive/firm, enjoy challenges, may perform other duties, Professional Empowerment compliance, maybe also the EPB critical infrastructure? Already used in About the role. We'll keep it there. Check for duplication: interpersonal skills appears in Skills and also in Requirements (as "Effective interpersonal skills and effective oral and written communication skills.") We'll keep only one. Since we already have interpersonal skills in Skills list (as separate bullet), we can remove from Requirements. But we need to keep "Ability to be assertive and firm while maintaining good working relationships with colleagues." and "Should enjoy taking on challenges and fixing problems." and "May perform other duties as assigned." and "All employees, pursuant to their job duties, should demonstrate the behaviors of Professional Empower
