Hybrid — three days per week in the Vancouver, WA office.
About the role
- Own payroll for approximately 200 employees across multiple states.
- Lead and influence accounts payable process improvements, training, and cross-functional coverage.
- Partner directly with the Corporate Controller and VP of Finance & Operations.
- Gain exposure to manufacturing operations, purchasing, and broader accounting functions.
- Opportunity to take on additional responsibility and drive meaningful operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Process biweekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including voucher processing, check runs, and accrual support.
- Support AP training, cross-coverage, and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with production, purchasing, and finance teams to strengthen workflows.
- Assist with month-end accounting activities and payroll-related reporting.
Requirements
- Payroll processing experience, preferably with ADP Workforce Now.
- Full-cycle accounts payable experience.
- Experience supporting multi-state payroll environments.
