About the Role

You will ensure ledgers and vendor master files of assigned entities are properly and accurately maintained and perform timely cash management activities. The role also includes preparing reporting for internal and external purposes and participating in tax compliance activities.

Location: Dallas, TX (on site).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate bookkeeping and cash management activities, including bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions
  • Perform reconciliations and analysis of ledgers to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain accurate historical records and documentation for audit support
  • Prepare reporting for internal and external use on a routine or ad-hoc basis
  • Assist in federal tax compliance activities

Requirements

  • Accounting degree
  • 3 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payables experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently or as a team member

Preferred: working knowledge of NetSuite.
