ACCOUNTANT I (SPECIALIST)

About the role

The Accounting Team at the CCC supports Corpsmembers in maintaining trails, retrofitting buildings to save energy, and fighting fires. The Accountant 1 will perform the duties of the Cashiering Desk.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the bank deposit
• Recording the bank deposit in the Financial Information System for California (FI$Cal)
• Working with Accounts Receivable (AR) staff to ensure revenue is recorded accurately
• Assisting Accounts Payable (AP) staff by creating vouchers in FI$Cal
