Responsibilities

• Perform accounting and reporting duties primarily focused on the accounting close process.
• Record journal entries, perform financial analysis, and conduct account reconciliations.
• Apply knowledge of accounting policies and procedures to assigned tasks, including recording journal entries and conducting research and analysis.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation through system queries, research, investigation of reconciling items, and resolution.
• Analyze, interpret, and communicate any action items or variances identified in the month-end close and analytical process as appropriate.
• Assist in accounting and reporting activities and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with four (4) years of professional experience in accounting, including two (2) years in professional instruction (certifications, instructed training, or on-the-job training).
• A minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in accounting with an Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and four (4) years professional experience in accounting, including two (2) years in professional instruction (certifications, instructed training, or on-the-job training).
• An Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field and two (2) years professional experience in accounting.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field preferred.

The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $58,000-$78,500. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits, or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
