Accountant - Financial Services

The Accountant supports the day-to-day financial operations of the Firm in a stimulating work environment.

Responsibilities

• Timekeeper maintenance
• General ledger reconciliations
• Bank reconciliations
• Government surveys
• Accounts payable processing
• Journal entries
• Month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate responses to external audit requests
• Assist with financial system testing and upgrades
• Serve as a resource to Financial Services staff and manage tasks across the Firm

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in accounting, financial services, or a related professional services environment
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The starting salary range for this Cleveland position is $70,000 to $85,000.
