Job Details

• Manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting functions for commercial construction projects
• Handle AIA documents, progress billings, and related invoicing processes
• Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, and maintain accurate general ledger
• Prepare financial reports, job cost tracking, and support project closeouts
• Ensure compliance with construction accounting standards and lien waiver requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and team on billing schedules and financial oversight

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping, with preference for construction accounting
• Commercial construction experience preferred
• Proficiency with AIA documents and billing processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
