About The Role & Team

This role leads the Oracle global consolidation process. This member is part of the Group Finance Team and reports directly to the Executive Director of SEC Reporting.

In This Role, You Will

• Review and analyze expense reimbursement documents.
• Perform bookkeeping in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Prepare financial statements for overseas entities.
• Analyze marketing expenses and prepare Customer Acquisition Cost reports.
• Communicate financial requirements, participate in system testing, and contribute to discussions for payment requests and supplier management systems.
• Conduct walkthroughs, identify control gaps, assist, and maintain effective internal control procedures.
• Prepare audit schedules relating to expenses, fixed assets, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Conduct audit walkthroughs.

The Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience as an Accountant or Auditor.
• 2 years of experience in financial reporting (GAAP), financial analysis, audit procedures, budget preparation, use of Oracle accounting software.

Schedule

40 hours per week; M-F, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay

$54,787.00 per year
