Responsibilities

• Aid in the monthly and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of general ledger accounts.
• Perform account reconciliations (e.g., cash, bank accounts, prepaids, deferred revenue, and other balance sheet accounts).
• Record and reconcile cash activity, including bank deposits and transactions.
• Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the development and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive accounting experience
• An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered

Other Skills & Abilities

• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (Experience with Acumatica preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and Teams skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to verify accuracy of work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
