Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join a growing finance team. This position will support day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities while working closely with internal departments and external partners. ResponsibilitiesPerform monthly bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations.Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and accruals.Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and accounting records.Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management activities.Prepare and analyze financial reports and account schedules.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Support the preparation of audit materials and respond to accounting inquiries.Identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong internal controls. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2+ years of corporate accounting experience.Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.Experience with an ERP or accounting system such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
