Accountant
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes: "Your Impact" (description of role), "Your Role" (list of duties), "Key Competencies" (maybe Skills), "Requirements" (Bachelor's degree, 1 year experience), "What Does a Successful ROIer Look Like?" (maybe not needed), "About ROI Revolution" (company description), "Our Hybrid Workplace" (Schedule), "Our Benefits" (Benefits). Also there is "Pay" not mentioned, so omit Pay section. Also "Qualifications" maybe same as Requirements; we can combine. We need to avoid repeating job title. Also we should not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions, etc. Remove duplicated lines.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract content.
Sections:
- About the role: Could be the introductory paragraph: "Are you an accounting professional who loves getting the details right, solving problems, and continuously improving the way work gets done? If you have a strong accounting foundation, exceptional attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a drive to learn, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career while making a meaningful impact from day one." That's about the role. Could be placed under About the role.
- Responsibilities: The bullet list under "Your Role" (list of duties). Also maybe "Your Impact" includes responsibilities but we can treat as Responsibilities.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, At least 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Skills / Key Competencies: list of competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, Technology and innovation, Analytical problem solving, Ownership and organization, Continuous improvement.
- Benefits: list from "Our Benefits": Work-life integration supported by a hybrid work environment and core office hours, Thoughtfully designed workspace for collaboration, deep work, and downtime, 20 days of PTO with incremental increases as your ROI career progresses, 10 paid holidays, Comprehensive physical and mental health benefits (ROI covers 100% of the cost for employee medical and dental), Paid disability and life insurance, Monthly education bonus, Training and mentorship programs designed for personal and professional growth, Team lunches twice per quarter, Quarterly team builders, Fully stocked kitchen and catered weekly lunch, Eco-friendly office with onsite gym and game room.
- Schedule: from "Our Hybrid Workplace": Typically, we are in the office 2-3 days a week with the option to work remotely the remaining days. Also mention core office hours? It says hybrid work environment and core office hours in benefits; but schedule: hybrid 2-3 days in office, rest remote.
- About the company: maybe not required as a heading; but we could include "About ROI Revolution" as a section? The instruction list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. No "About company". So we may omit that or incorporate into About the role? Probably better to omit company description as not requested heading. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; but we can embed it in a paragraph without a heading? The instruction: Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. It didn't forbid extra paragraphs not under headings. But they said use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions.
Thus we need to include all substantive info, but we can put them under appropriate headings. If a heading doesn't match exactly, we could still use
for a heading like "About ROI Revolution" but that's not in the list; but they gave examples, not exclusive list. It says "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we can use other headings as needed, but better to stick to those. However we need to preserve all substantive info; we can put company description under a paragraph without heading, maybe after the role description. That's acceptable.
Let's structure:

Schedule
Typically, we are in the office 2-3 days a week with the option to work remotely the remaining days.
We also might include a short paragraph about "What Does a Successful ROIer Look Like?" but that's more about culture; could be omitted as not under headings. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we could add a paragraph under About the role or separate heading like "Culture". But not required heading. Perhaps we can add a paragraph after Requirements: "Successful ROIers thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment..." etc. That is substantive. Let's include it as a paragraph under a heading "What it takes to succeed" but not in list. However instruction says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but better to stick to those. We could incorporate that content into a paragraph under About the role or Requirements? It's about successful traits, maybe under a heading "Key Competencies" already covers some but not all. The "What Does a Successful ROIer Look Like?" includes many traits similar to competencies but also extra: they run toward problems, stay adaptable, hold themselves to high standard, ask thoughtful questions, challenge the way things have always been done, aren’t afraid to tackle complex challenges, curious by nature, dig deeper to understand the why, use data to make better decisions, embrace technology and innovation, experiment with new ideas, look for opportunities to drive efficiency and create more space for strategic thinking, care deeply about quality of work, support people around them, challenge themselves and others to keep raising the bar. This is somewhat overlapping with Key Competencies but adds nuance. We could merge into Key Competencies list, but we should not invent or summarize away detail; we could add extra list items under Key Competencies to capture those. However the Key Competencies list currently is from the posting; we could extend it with those extra points, but that would be adding content not originally under that heading. Might be considered inventing? Better to keep as separate section maybe "What it takes to succeed" but not in the prescribed headings. However the instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine the Key Competencies and the Successful ROIer traits into one section called "Key Competencies & Success Factors". But that changes heading name; still an h3. That's acceptable as it's still a section heading. Let's do that: combine both lists into one under Key Competencies & Success Factors
. That preserves all info.
Let's extract the Successful ROIer traits:
- Successful ROIers thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- They run toward problems, stay adaptable, and hold themselves to a high standard.
- They ask thoughtful questions, challenge the way things have always been done, and aren’t afraid to tackle complex challenges.
- They are curious by nature,
