Accountant

What you’ll do:

• Manage AP/AR, billing, and collections
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and HR support
• Handle banking, cash flow, and reconciliations
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and strategy
• Support day-to-day operations in a small, collaborative office

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in a full-charge accounting or staff accountant role with ownership of the complete accounting cycle.
• Strong working knowledge of general ledger management, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and solid skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word and Teams is also required.
• Spanish language skills are helpful but not required.

About the Role:

Robert Half is partnering with a small Engineering firm in Golden on an Accountant opening. This role will report directly to the President and be the go-to person in the office for the engineering staff.
