Responsibilities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Analyze financial statements and investigate variances.
- Ensure compliance with SOX requirements and maintain supporting documentation for internal controls.
- Participate in internal and external audit processes.
- Review accounting transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and management reporting packages.
- SOX experience is a must
