Accountant

About the role

As an Accountant, you will assist in account analyses, reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals as well as supporting other functions of the accounting department.

• Review and prepare financial reports periodically as well as for month and year end
• Assist in weekly productivity calculations
• Calculate rates, invoice, and reconcile scrap metal
• Audit and maintain internal processes
• Research and resolve discrepancies by working closely with associates from other PSI locations and departments
• Assist in special projects as time allows

Requirements

• Have excellent computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel
• Prior accounting or office work experience with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Schedule

40 – 45 hours per week, Monday through Friday
