Responsibilities

• Preparing monthly financial reports and supporting the month-end close process
• Compiling and publishing daily revenue and labor metrics, analyzing trends and anomalies
• Troubleshooting revenue recognition issues and supporting cost accounting processes
• Generating reports for key performance results and labor metrics in systems like Kronos
• Maintaining accurate job cost reporting and backlog management for job closeouts
• Performing entries and reconciliations for accruals, commissions, and field service labor
• Managing and reconciling cash positions, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activity
• Coordinating fixed asset tracking and depreciation with OBE corporate finance
• Providing analytical support for inventory management and cost efficiency projects
• Collaborating with project managers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Participating in special financial projects and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration required
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience in manufacturing
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Independent, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused mindset
