Accountant

Core Responsibilities

Aid in the preparation of imputed income & proxy schedules and reports.

Analyse financial information from various organizations including payroll, timekeeping, travel accounting, accounts payable, security, and transportation.

Adhere to and communicate accounting, regulatory, and auditing policies and procedures.

Interact with senior internal/external personnel on matters often requiring coordination between organizations.

Regularly communicate with the Imputed/Proxy team leader and key stakeholders.

Support ongoing SOX controls efforts managed within the Financial Assurance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field with a minimum of two years professional, relevant experience or one year of professional, relevant experience with a Master’s degree.
• Demonstrated experience, knowledge, and understanding of basic accounting principles; process analysis and evaluation; and strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data requirements.
• Experience with ERPs (SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle).
• Proficiency using MS Suite Tools including Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in imputed-income and proxy regulations, with reporting and compliance experience.
• Proven proficiency in SAP ERP and Concur expense-management systems.

Pay

Annual salary range: $65,800.00 - $98,800.00.
