About the role
Responsible for leading training programs aimed at enhancing workforce skills in government agencies and private businesses. Works closely with clients to design and implement customized training solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs tailored to meet client needs
- Assess participant needs and tailor training content accordingly
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure effectiveness
- Collaborate with clients to integrate training outcomes into organizational strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new knowledge into training materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development
- Proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience with curriculum design and delivery
- Strong analytical skills to assess training needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
