Job Responsibilities
- Post journal entries to the general ledger
- Complete month-end accounting processes, including account balancing and reconciliations, fixed asset depreciation, accruals, and prepaid expense amortization
- Perform daily reconciliations of in-house bank accounts and applications to the general ledger
- Research and resolve a variety of problem transactions, ensuring all accounts are in balance
Qualifications
- Proficient with MS Office, including Word and Excel
Pay
Compensation: Pay Rate: $43 – $47/hr, DOE
