Accountant

Position: Accountant Location: San Diego, CA Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $40/hour Experience: 5 years of professional accounting experience (or equivalent training/experience). Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Type: Full-time; Temporary Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm HB Staffing is seeking an Accountant to join a growing and dynamic team! Job Description Perform Accounts Receivable duties related to billing and cash receipts.Perform general accounting and month-end close duties, including accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, account analysis, and resolution of discrepancies.Communicate and collaborate with departments and vendors. Ensure accurate transactions are recorded correctly. Respond to inquiries and resolve issues. Position Requirements Proficiency in accounting principles, Excel, and enterprise accounting systems.Excellent analytical skills to interpret and reconcile complex financial information.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
