Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, with proficiency in QuickBooks online. This role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support decision-making processes. The Accountant will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial data while contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.DutiesManage Account Payables, Account Receivables, Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Collections, and overall Cash Management.Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.Help ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of financial operations.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.Strong knowledge of corporate accounting principles, including accrual accounting and financial concepts.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location: In person
