About the role
The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, assist in preparing state filings and regulatory reports, ensure compliance with GAAP and SAP, support and coordinate internal and external audit processes, and partner cross-functionally to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- 2-4 years progressive accounting experience required
- Insurance or statutory accounting experience strongly preferred
- Experience with financial statement preparation and audit coordination
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts
