In this role, you will support the Company’s financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting operations by performing account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, supporting compliance activities, and partnering across the organization to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record general journal entries and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, research discrepancies, resolve reconciling items, and ensure timely completion of account reconciliations.
• Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and Model Audit Rule (MAR) compliance activities, including maintaining process documentation and performing tests of design and operating effectiveness.
• Monitor daily cash and suspense account activity, investigate variances, and prepare related accounting entries.
• Partner with Operations and other business teams to research issues, respond to information requests, support customer-related projects, and ensure accurate accounting treatment.
• Perform critical Accounts Payable functions, including issuing payments and preparing ACH and wire requests.
• Support GAAP and Statutory reporting, financial analysis, and account reconciliation system maintenance.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests and provide supporting documentation as needed.
