Accountant

Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end and year-end close activities
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Process payroll and maintain supporting documentation
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis for leadership
• Support audit requests, bank reviews, and compliance initiatives
• Monitor financial accuracy and help identify process improvements
• Partner with operational departments to support business objectives
• Assist with ERP and financial systems enhancements and implementation efforts

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Experience with general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Understanding of month-end close processes
• Experience with AP, AR, and payroll functions
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• ERP or accounting software experience required
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred

Position Details

Permanent, full-time onsite role in Hainesport, NJ. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM. Pay range: $60,000–$65,000 per year (individual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, location, internal equity, and other job-related factors). Application deadline: October 23, 2026.
